I invested in a property 2yrs ago...now i dont know wether to sell and invest in the stock exchange...havnt a clue how to get started..if i did sell..how do i find an impartial finanacial consultant...

Don't sell, that will crystalise your losses. Only sell of you need to. And only start in the investment game if all non-mortgage debt is paid off.
